Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place your unworn shoes back in their original Lems box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer or box to protect the branded packaging.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
